Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our booking policy below: Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will complete your session within the originally scheduled time. This ensures fairness to our other clients and maintains our schedule. The full session fee will still apply. No-Shows & Cancellations • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any charges. • If you cancel within 72 hours, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Unforeseen Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and have not provided prior notice, we will review your situation and determine whether payment will still be required. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
