This can include performance improvement, stepping up to leadership or returning to the workplace after a period of absence. Another facet of Executive Coaching is having a neutral ally to walk you through current career challenges, clarifying your thinking and focusing you on what is really important. Executive Coaching could include 360 Degree appraisals, personal time management challenges, goal setting, alignment of organisational and personal goals, work-life balance, health and fitness issues, discussion about change in both personal and workplace situations, and more.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our booking policy below: Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will complete your session within the originally scheduled time. This ensures fairness to our other clients and maintains our schedule. The full session fee will still apply. No-Shows & Cancellations • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any charges. • If you cancel within 72 hours, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. Unforeseen Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances and have not provided prior notice, we will review your situation and determine whether payment will still be required. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
